The Representative Council shall consist of all of the Association building or unit representatives, the chairpersons of the standing committees, all county, state or national delegates, and the officers of the Association. The officers, chairpersons of the standing committees shall be voting members. In addition to the Chief Association Reps, the following members are a part of the Representative Council.
